JERMAINE DUPRI has blamed the ailing U.S. economy for the closure of his restaurant Cafe Dupri.
The hip-hop producer has been forced to close the doors of the health-conscious eatery - launched in Atlanta, Georgia in 2005 - after failing to turn a profit over the years.
And he insists it is the nations dire financial situation which has brought about the establishments termination.
Dupri tells AllHipHop.com, The economy has changed dramatically and people just arent eating out as much anymore.
