It seems to me that users are trained nearly from birth to blame the network for any computer or application issue
Im not getting e-mail, it must be the network.
It cant be some problem with their e-mail application, the user, or machine, it has to be the network. Idenitifying the source of a performance problem is one of the more challenging things an engineer has to tackle on a daily basis.
