I think this can be traced back to the chocolate tortilla chips.
A few days ago, I saw a bag of these and thought thats either going to be surprisingly good or incredibly disgusting. Much like KJ determined in posting this chocolate bread recipe, from Tessa Kiros Apples for Jam: A Colorful Cookbook, the tortilla chips actually ended up being neither.1
Because they ended up being neither, I was a bit disappointed. I dont like mediocrity; obviously Id prefer things to be ....
