I am really interested in the idea of Flow psychology - I think it really explains why I enjoy crafting so much.?? I get really focussed on the project I am working on, or the beads I am currently working with, I start working, and then I look up and realise an hour has gone by without me noticing!?? It is one of the most enjoyable things??that I do.
