Question regarding CMDA approval

Hi, I'm planning to buy a house built in 1998 with Panchayat approval. They did not get CMDA approval. I have following questions: How do i get CMDA approval for already built house? How long will it take to get approval? How much will it cost ? (its about 1G - Built up 2000 sqft) Will they charge any fine for the building if exceeds the basic norms of CMDA? Is there any chance of Rejection? Thanks in advance for your valuble reply
