Rachel Asked: The other day I noticed there was a little bit of a red blood stain on my underpants, I'm 12 and a half. I've been getting all the signs leading up to menarche. Pubic hair, underarm hair, acne, breast growth, and whatever else is listed. My mum was telling me I had my period because I told her what it looked like even though I was doubtful.
