Tears In Rain Asked: I have hereditary cystic-acne. If you don't know what that is, it's when your acne/zits are so inflammed the skin forms cysts under the skin and a lot of the time the pimples are underneath the skin, forming these knots under the surface. Cystic acne leaves very bad acne scars too. I don't have it as bad as other members in my family, but occasionally I get a nasty zit or two.Do you know any/ Are there any over the counter acne meds that might work better than clearasil oin....
