Attention, spooks: Looking to unload some surplus surveillance gear? The Narcotics Affairs Section (NAS) at the U.S. Embassy in Panama City is in the market for wireless spy cameras disguised as baseball hats, jackets, pens and handbags.
In a recent solicitation, the Department of State announced it was looking for a variety of wireless surveillance cams to be donated to the government of Panama for NAS program purposes.
