This was long ago and maybe Susan has gotten better at her trade since this incident, but I took a wild cat to her that was just starting to become tame because I could tell the cat had something wrong and was really tender about her tail. In Susan's desire to jam a thermometer up her bottom she grabbed the base of her tail really hard, the cat was screaming but she kept at it. It turned out the cat had a giant abscess right where she was grabbing it...she never found it and kept the cat over....
