TECH CRUNCH - Oct 29 - comScore, has acquired Certifica, a similar web
measurement company based in Latin America. ComScore says the
acquisition will help buid its presence in Latin America. ComScore did
not disclose the terms of the acquisition. Certifica was founded in
2000 and publishes analytics and statistics on Internet usage in Latin
