One thing Ive always appreciated about a given web-based tool is any sort of email integration it can offer up. The more integrated, the better. It brings a level of centralized ease to the management of multiple tasks, communication threads, and often operates from an accepted form or organizing personal data. Remember The Milk, which is notorious for finding useful ways in which to integrate its functionality into third-party applications, is now available for Gmail.
