Yesterday, I went to work at the winery and baked what you see above, as well as a few more things you dont see in that photo that the fabulous Ms. Christina took with her phone.
And then I went home. And baked more bread, amongst other things.

First came the mankoushtheyre one of Joes favorite things that I make, and they work quite nicely as buns for egg salad sandwiches. And la! Weve got egg salad in the fridge! Hrrm.
