A birthdays coming up and youre making a cake for someone who prefers not to eat carbs. What do you do? Obviously you want to make something that tastes good, but you also want to make sure it falls in line with the birthday-persons wishes. After all, it wouldnt be terribly kind of you to make a cake they couldnt eat and/or would feel guilty about eating, would it?
