Ross Says Assureds Review by Moodys Isnt JustifiedUnknown length - Jul 23, 2008Billionaire investor Wilbur Ross and Dominic Frederico, chief executive officer of Assured Guaranty Ltd., talk with Bloombergs Michael McKee about Moodys Investment Service saying it may downgrade Assureds Aaa bond insurer rating. Hamilton, Bermuda-based Assured is one of the two established bond insurers to maintain their top ratings as losses in the industry crippled competitors. Ross committed to invest as much as $1 billion in Assured in February and took a seat on its board.
