To help us focus shows on topics which requires more than short segments, we are officially launching the "Project Videos" section of Downstairs Theater. These videos are meant to focus on one topic, and act as a "special" version of our show.
For the first installment, we show how to create a simple 3D background using a tool called DAZ | Studio. For those who have used or heard of Poser...Daz | Studio is a similar free tool available on the net. This tool is incredibly powerful, and allows for some amazing images to be generated in a short period of time. This first project video goes through everything from introducing the UI to the final lighting and rendering of a figure...in about 15 minutes!
