Hope springs eternal for the international community in their quest to de-nuke North Korea. Kim Jong-il, on the other hand, snickers under his breath after pocketing his ill-gotten booty.
The leader will soon have his mitts on some 25 million dollars frozen two years ago after it was discovered to be earned from illicit and illegal means. No worries, the US is willing to grovel this time around and give it all back in the hope North Korea will finally shut down its main nuclear reactor.

While North Korea may in fact honor this first part of the agreement, and thats still a big if given its history, it still has pounds of enriched uranium that lying around waiting for a launch pad!
